Privacy Notice
Effective: 20 August 2026
Game Night Hub is a tabletop game-night companion for private groups. This notice explains the information the service processes, why it is needed, and how it is protected.
Information we process
- Account and sign-in information: an account identifier and, when supplied by Replit Auth, email address, first and last name, profile image, and session information used to keep you signed in.
- Group and player information: group names and membership, invite codes, player names, initials, colours, and the link between a signed-in member and their group player profile.
- Game-night information: Commander game state and history, Draft Night tournaments, pairings, results, standings, and related shared game data.
- Operational information: minimal server request logs used for reliability and troubleshooting, such as request ID, request method/path, and response status. Authentication/session credentials and app cache may also be stored on your device.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, provide group membership and invitations, keep each group's data isolated, synchronise live Commander and Draft state across devices, preserve shared game history, prevent abuse or conflicting writes, and troubleshoot service problems.
Who can see group data
Group-scoped player and game information is intended to be visible only to signed-in members of that group. Game Night Hub uses membership checks in its API to enforce this isolation. Other members of the same group may see player names, game state, results, standings, and other information that is part of the shared game-night experience.
Service providers and sharing
Game Night Hub relies on Replit infrastructure and Replit Auth to host the service and authenticate users, so those providers may process information required to operate those services. Game Night Hub does not intentionally include third-party advertising or behavioural analytics SDKs in the current release and does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Group and game information may be retained to preserve shared game history and data integrity. When a linked member leaves a group, historical player records may remain while being hidden from active selection. Authentication sessions expire according to the service configuration.
To request correction or deletion of personal information, use the support contact supplied with your beta access or the support email shown on the app-store listing. Some shared or historical records may need to be retained in a non-active form where removing them would break the history of games involving other group members.
Security
Game Night Hub uses authenticated access, group-membership checks, database constraints, rate limits, and other application controls intended to protect account and group data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Game Night Hub is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, use the support contact for the service so it can be reviewed.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as Game Night Hub changes. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are made.
Contact
